Custom Suit Policy

We take pride in crafting each Custom Tailored Suit to your individual specifications. Because these garments are made to order, all custom suits are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

To ensure the best possible fit, your purchase includes a complimentary base fitting suit and consultation (a $175 value). This allows you to try on the base suit, confirm your measurements, and make any necessary adjustments before your final suit is completed.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their measurements and design choices during the consultation. Any alterations or adjustments required should be addressed after trying on the base fitting suit to ensure your final garment meets your expectations.

Our goal is to provide a seamless and satisfying experience, and we are happy to guide you through the consultation and fitting process to guarantee your custom suit is tailored perfectly to you.

Baste Fitting Response Policy

Once your baste fitting has been delivered (as confirmed by tracking), you have 30 days to review and submit your fitting feedback. If we do not receive a response within 30 days of delivery, the order will be considered abandoned, and the suit will not move forward to final completion.

Custom Shirt Policy

Because each custom shirt is made specifically to your individual measurements and style selections, all custom shirt orders are considered final sale.

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate measurements at the time of order. Measurement guides are provided for reference; however, we are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from self-measurement or third-party measuring services.
Once production has begun, measurements cannot be changed.

Fabric selections are made by fabric number as shown in the product images. All fabrics are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. In the event a selected fabric becomes unavailable, you will be contacted to select an alternative fabric of equal value or to schedule a complimentary consultation to finalize a suitable replacement.

A complimentary consultation may be required to confirm fabric selection, measurements, or design details prior to production. This consultation ensures the integrity and quality of your custom garment.

Custom shirts are made to order. Estimated production time is 4–6 weeks, depending on fabric selection and production volume. Timelines are estimates and may vary.
